New building "Bramenring C" in Kloten
The "Bramen C" housing estate has been under construction since December 2023 on behalf of Baugenossenschaft Schönheim and under the management of Spleiss AG. The planned replacement buildings on the 14,457 m2 site will almost triple the number of apartments from 39 to 100-120. Around 11,000 m3 of our sustainable KIBECO concrete will be used, which will store 110 tons of CO2.
